Great Eastern Energy, Shemaroo IPOs among 5 cleared by Sebi

Market regulator Sebi has given its go-ahead to five initial public offers (IPOs) proposed by companies, including Great Eastern Energy Corporation and Shemaroo Entertainment, so far in 2014. Sebi also approved the IPO plans of NCML Industries Ltd,Snowman Logistics Ltd and Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd, the regulator said on its website. All five companies had filed their offer documents with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) last year. The issue of observations is considered an approval to go ahead with the share sale through IPOs, follow-on public offers and rights issues.
